All business between the clients and Al Weam Bus Rental is based on the terms and conditions defined here on this website (https://alweamtransport.com). By renting a vehicle with us, the customer agrees to the following terms and conditions. Please read carefully.
Purchase of Service
Placing an order through a website, email, phone number, or any other source You acknowledge that you are at least 18 years old and that you can enter legally binding contracts.
Reservations
The Al Weam Bus Rental Dubai reservation team will try their best to help the client’s 24/7 with their bookings and reservations. We will try to live up to your expectations and deliver well. All the prices are available on the website in AED, but there can be other transfers from Point A to Point B inbound or outbound Dubai; for that, you need to contact us.
Online Booking
Al Weam receives inquiries online through a website, email, or phone number and are subject to approval. If there is any mistake found on the website regarding the prices increments, rental hours, or any other thing, then we accept it and are ready to refund in case of extra charge.
Privacy Policy
All the personal information of clients used in reservations and bookings is well kept secured and safe with us and will not sell or trade to third parties. Every time you send an inquiry or submit a contact us form that requires your personal information, i.e., name, email address, phone number, location, and age, to identify you and secure your booking with Al Weam Bus Rental Dubai.
Return Journeys and Waiting
All the roundtrips in and outside Dubai will charge you extra, which includes waiting charges, and that happens in a 2-way transfer. If the waiting is 03 hours or less, then there will be no extra charge, and if the waiting time exceeds 03 hours, there will be an extra charge applied to the total of the journey, and that is already mentioned on our website as the hourly charge.
Payment
In the event of reservations, we accept 25% or 50% payment in advance to confirm the booking.
For the rest of the payment, we allow our clients to pay upon arrival in Dubai. We accept the following secure payment options.
- Credit Card, Debit Card, PayPal, American Express, Apple Pay, Visa Card, and Master Card
- Cash Payment (We accept cash in dollars, euros, and AED)
- We also receive payment by sending a digital payment link via email or WhatsApp.
- LPO (Limited Purchase Order)
Cancellation and Refund Policy
For all the bookings (except wedding transportation), the cancellations or amendments can be made at least 24 hours prior to the pickup time. This also applies to the booking made within 12 hr. of the pickup time. In this case, Al Weam Bus Rental has the right to charge full payment. In case of no response from the customer, if our driver reached the pickup location as per booking and the customer didn’t meet the driver or no response, the full payment will be charged.
Complaints
In case of any complaint about the services provided by the company, we immediately take notice of it and try to solve it at the same time. Send the complaint to the official email, WhatsApp or on call, and we will react immediately.
Fraud
The payment must be authorized by the cardholder’s name in the booking. We have the right to cancel the booking if the card holder reasonably believes that you or the card holder are associated with any kind of fraudulent activity based on the following activities:
- If you can’t provide the name and all the necessary information used while booking with us.
- We may carry out security checks if there are some suspicious activities we found on your end.
- If we found the card holder in any fraudulent activity in that case, we have the right to cancel your booking and forward the issue to the fraud department.
